Coming from Šiauliai along highway A11, turn off to Kužiai. Go down the road to Gruzdžiai towards Norutaičiai about 1.5 km. On your right side you’ll see fir trees planted by a road and monument stone with the inscription “Neleisime pasikartoti IX forto, Panerių, Pirčiupio tragedijai”.
