The Mittelbau-Dora Concentration Camp Memorial is located on the north-western edge of the city of Nordhausen. By car, drive through Nordhausen and follow the signs to the Mittelbau-Dora Concentration Camp Memorial. By tram: from the Nordhausen train station take the tram (no. 10) to the tram stop Krimderode, from there a 20-minute walk. By the Harzer Schmalspurbahn (narrow-gauge railway): from the Nordhausen HSB-train station take the HSB-train to the HSB-train stop Krimderode, from there a 20-minute walk. By bus on demand (line G): from the Nordhausen train station directly to the Mittelbau-Concentration Camp Memorial, every hour from 8:40 am to 1:40 pm, booking in advance by telephone (free of charge) by one hour before departure at the latest at the municipal transport company of Nordhausen: +49/(0)800/6396390. Bus stop 1 at the Nordhausen bus station. Take the Harzquerbahn train to the Nordhausen-Krimderode stop, then walk 900 meters. B4 Nordhausen in the direction of Magdeburg. Follow the signs.
